Iron is an essential mineral for life and is found in every body's living cell so it is necessary for the production of hemoglobin (the main component of red blood cells), myoglobin (the main protein of muscle cells), and some enzymes. The health benefits of iron include treating anemia, supporting the immune and respiratory systems, and providing the body with energy.
Iron deficiency can cause general weakness, inability to concentrate, frequent exposure to infections, and poor health in general.
Active ingredients:
Iron as Ferric hydroxide-polymaltose complex
Benefits:
• Prevention and treatment of iron deficiency (anemia).
•Treatment of iron deficiency before, during pregnancy, and after pregnancy (during lactation).
• It is used to help growth and good health.
How to use:
• In pregnancy: one tablet daily at least until the end of pregnancy to replenish iron stores but in case of iron deficiency in pregnancy: 2-3 tablets daily until normalization of hemoglobin value is achieved or depending on doctor prescribed.
• Treatment of latent iron deficiency and prevention of iron deficiency: 1 tablet per day.
Caution & Warnings:
• For all iron supplements, dark coloration of the stool may occur.
• Spacing intake at least two hours with milky products for medicine.
• Ferrose tablets should be taken during or immediately after a meal.
• Ferrose tablets may cause fever, stomach upset and pain, constipation or diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.
