Dicynone 500 mg uses:
• Dicynone capsules are used to stop bleeding from surgical procedures such as nose, ear, or throat surgeries or cosmetic procedures.
• Used for heavy bleeding during the menstrual cycle, as it reduces menstruation in women.

How to use dicynone 500 mg:
Before undergoing surgery: 250 to 500 mg one hour before the operation.
Postoperatively: 250 to 500 mg every 4 to 6 hours for as long as bleeding is suspected.
The usual adult dose is 500 mg: 1 capsule 2 to 3 times per day, duration depending on the case.
Menorrhagia or uterine bleeding: 1 capsule 3 times a day, starting 5 days before the expected time of menstruation, and the treatment period lasts 10 days.

Dicynone 500 mg side effects:
