Mounjaro 0.6ml Solution for Injection in PFP Multi-Dose (1 Pen)

Mounjaro is an injectable, once-weekly non-insulin prescription medicine for adults with type 2 diabetes. 
Used together with diet and exercise, it helps lower blood sugar (A1C) and improve glycemic control.
 It works by activating two gut hormone receptors (GIP and GLP-1) to increase insulin release when needed, reduce glucagon production, slow gastric emptying, and help with feelings of fullness. It is injected under the skin (abdomen, thigh, or upper arm).

Active ingredients:
Tirzepatide – a dual receptor agonist that targets GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) and GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptors to help regulate glucose, reduce appetite, and slow the emptying of food from the stomach.

How to use:

- Further increases (in 2.5 mg increments) can be made every 4 weeks, up to a maximum of 15 mg weekly, depending on glycemic response and tolerability.
- Can be given any time of day, with or without food. 
- If a dose is missed, there are specific instructions (e.g., within a time-window, etc.) — follow your healthcare provider’s guidance.
